Banana bread

Wet ingredients:

  • 3-4 bananas
  • 2 sp. ground flaxseed
  • ⅓ glass vegetable milk
  • ¼ glass of dissolved coconut oil

Dry ingredients:

  • ½ glass of oatmeal
  • 1 ½ t.s. baking powder
  • ½ t.s. salt
  • 3 sp. brown sugar
  • 1 ¼ glass whole grain flour
  • ¼ glass hemp seeds powder

If you want: chopped nuts, raisins, or chocolate chips.

* 1 glass - 200 ml

Preparing:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Shake wet ingredients in a mixer.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix the shaken mass. If you are using, mixed nuts, raisins or chocolate.
  4. Grease the baking dish with coconut oil. Pour batter. Bake in the oven for 40 - 50 minutes.
