Oatmeal bars with raspberries

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml of oatmeal
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoons nut butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 4 tablespoons almond slices
  • 4 tablespoons coconut chips
  • 4 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • a handful of frozen raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry powder

Preparing:

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Line an 18 x 18 cm baking sheet with baking paper.
  • Half the flakes to grind. Mix all ingredients. Carefully stir the raspberries.
  • Shake in a tin, carefully level the surface. Raspberries can rub but don't worry.
  • Bake for 25 minutes until golden. Cool in a tin, cut into bars and roll with raspberry powder.

Keep the prepared bars in a sealed box, you can also leave it in a fridge!

Raspberries provide fragrance and light acidity. They are rich in vitamins E, K, C, B6, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc!
