Scrape the egg with sugar, add milk, oil (or melted butter), add a pinch of salt.

Add a little water and add the flour, stirring, so that the dough is thick and all the tubers are rolled out.

At the end, add the remaining water to make the dough liquid.

You can divide the dough into separate bowls and mix the berry powder for different colors.

Heat the pan well, you can grease it with oil or butter. Bake the pancakes on both sides.
NOTE. The berry powder thickens the dough as it swells, so more water should be added to make the crepes.
