Mint ice cream with chocolate pieces

"I don't even know if it's correct to call it ice cream, but in our house for several years now all ice cream has been based on frozen bananas. So for us it's ice cream, and you can come up with a lot of improvisations. In a word, we always have frozen bananas in the freezer. Mint ice cream with chocolate is one of the favorites, and making it is a joke." - Inga from Mamos restoranas

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ tsp spearmint leaf powder
  • 1 sp. of coconut milk solids
  • A handful of chopped chocolate

 

 

Preparing:

Blend everything until smooth and enjoy.
 
 
Instead of coconut milk, you can use natural or Greek yogurt, as well as add a teaspoon of nut cream.
