Ingredients:

  • 100 g cottage cheese or Tofu
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • several black olives
  • 1 tbsp. linseed oil
  • 4 tsp. hemp powder
  • a pinch of salt

Preparing:

Mix cottage cheese with chopped garlic, black olives, salt. Roll into balls and use hemp powder to coat. Spray with linseed oil.

It is the source of protein for athletes, which will help your muscles to recover.
