Hearty smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 big bananas (or 2 big pears)
  • 1 tbsp. raspberry powder
  • 240 ml  water or coconut water
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 0,5 tsp. lemon balm powder

Preparing:

Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Put into glasses, garnish with lemon balm powder.

Raspberries contain a large amount of mineral salts, which help to control the heart rate.
