Ingredients:
- 250 ml of oatmeal
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil
- 4 tablespoons nut butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 4 tablespoons almond slices
- 4 tablespoons coconut chips
- 4 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
- 3 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- a handful of frozen raspberries
- 2 tablespoons raspberry powder
Preparing:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Line an 18 x 18 cm baking sheet with baking paper.
- Half the flakes to grind. Mix all ingredients. Carefully stir the raspberries.
- Shake in a tin, carefully level the surface. Raspberries can rub but don't worry.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden. Cool in a tin, cut into bars and roll with raspberry powder.
Keep the prepared bars in a sealed box, you can also leave it in a fridge!
