Raspberry balls

Ingredients:

  • sunflower seeds (can be various other seeds or nuts)
  • dates
  • coconut chips
  • coconut oil
  • raspberry powder (other berries powder can also be used)

All ingredients - to taste.

Preparing:

Put one cup of sunflower seeds in the food mixer, put 5-6 dates (you can put more dates if you want sweeter), add a tablespoon of coconut flakes, add a spoon of coconut oil and two tablespoons of raspberry powder. Grind everything to a homogeneous mass. Form balls and wrap them in coconut chips.

A complete snack perfect for both children and adults.
