Carrot pancakes

Ingredients:

* 1 glass - 200 ml

  • 1 glass of flour
  • 1 sp. sweetener
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2-3 sp. carrot powder (according to taste)
  • ½ sp. baking soda
  • 1 - 1 ½ glass of vegetable milk

Preparing:

  1. Mix dry ingredients. Stir vegetable milk. Thicker pancakes will require a thicker dough, if you want thinner pancakes, more milk can be added.
  2. Bake in a pan with a little oil.
  3. Serve with desired additives. Very tasty with cream, maple syrup, pecan or walnuts.
