Wet ingredients:
- 3-4 bananas
- 2 sp. ground flaxseed
- ⅓ glass vegetable milk
- ¼ glass of dissolved coconut oil
Dry ingredients:
- ½ glass of oatmeal
- 1 ½ t.s. baking powder
- ½ t.s. salt
- 3 sp. brown sugar
- 1 ¼ glass whole grain flour
- ¼ glass hemp seeds powder
If you want: chopped nuts, raisins, or chocolate chips.
* 1 glass - 200 ml
Preparing:
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Shake wet ingredients in a mixer.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix the shaken mass. If you are using, mixed nuts, raisins or chocolate.
- Grease the baking dish with coconut oil. Pour batter. Bake in the oven for 40 - 50 minutes.
