Carrot pancakes
Ingredients:
* 1 glass - 200 ml
1 glass of flour
1 sp. sweetener
a pinch of salt
2-3 sp.
carrot powder
(according to taste)
½ sp. baking soda
1 - 1 ½ glass of vegetable milk
Preparing:
Mix dry ingredients. Stir vegetable milk. Thicker pancakes will require a thicker dough, if you want thinner pancakes, more milk can be added.
Bake in a pan with a little oil.
Serve with desired additives. Very tasty with cream, maple syrup, pecan or walnuts.
