Ingredients:
For 1 serving you will need:
It would be better if the kefir and the egg been at a room temperature, you can even warm the kefir a little - really, it's all for the sake of fluffier pancakes.
Preparing:
- Pour kefir into a bowl, add an egg and beat it lightly. Add sifted flour and baking soda, mix everything with a spoon until smooth. The mass will be very thick.
- Wash the apple, peel it and grate it through a beetroot grater.
- Add the grated apple to the dough.
- Add a teaspoon of coconut oil (or other vegetable oil) to a heated pan, add the dough with a spoon and smooth a little.
- Fry on medium heat for a couple of minutes on each side.
These pancakes are best eaten with Greek yogurt and berries.
Greek yogurt sauce:
Ingredients:
- 100 g of Greek yogurt
- ⅓ tsp. a teaspoon of blueberry powder
- a drizzle of maple syrup
Preparing:
- We mix all the ingredients to a smooth mass and we have a fantastically tasty and amazingly colored sauce.
