Ingredients:
- 200 g of sweet milk cheese (dip);
- 200 g of spinach (or 20 g of spinach powder)
- 3 spoons of sour cream;
- 1 tbsp. ground cumin;
- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander;
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric;
- A pinch of black pepper;
- A pinch of salt;
- 1 tbsp. Ghi.
Preparing:
- Heat a pan with ghee and fry the spices.
- After the aroma of the spices spreads, we add the cubed cheese to the pan to fry.
- After the cheese is fried, add the chopped spinach and saute everything together.
- Turn off the heat, add sour cream, pepper, salt and mix everything well.
- Eat with salad and whole grain bread, basmati rice, Bolivian pigeon, spelt grits or other grits.
