Ingredients:

20-30 small balls

  • 50 g of almond nuts
  • 30 g pumpkin seeds
  • 100 g of pitted dates
  • 1/2 t.s. of nettle powder and Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1-2 spoons of natural cocoa
  • 1 t.s. honey

Wrap:

Preparing:

  • Put all the ingredients into a mixer and grind.
  • Ground pumpkin seeds with nettle powder.
  • To form bite-sized balls wrapped with pumpkin seeds and nettle powder. It is not necessary to store the prepared product in the fridge.

Energy mouthful are perfect for an innocent snack.
