Ingredients:

Preparing:

  1. Put the bananas in a mixer with 2 teaspoons of raspberry powder. Grind until the mass becomes homogeneous without any lumps. The same mass is obtained from peeled apples and black currant powder (if the apples are more acidic, you can add a tablespoon of honey or mix a banana).
  2. The banana mass can be immediately placed on a baking sheet and baked for 3 hours at 80 degrees.
  3. Heat the apple mass in a saucepan to a little liquefaction and put the banana mass in the pan.
  4. After baking, allow to simmer a little, but still warm, roll and cut into strips of the desired width.

 

A complete snack perfect for both children and adults.
