Raspberry "Tiramisu"

"A very refreshing, delicious, full of flavor dessert. This is not a real version of tiramisu, but it is not inferior in taste to the original. After all, it's fun to experiment in the kitchen." - Aurimas.

 

Ingredients:

  • 700 g of whipping cream
  • 500 g of mascarpone
  • 150 g of powdered sugar
  • 400 g of lady's fingers
  • Raspberry puree
  • Raspberry powder

 

 

Preparing:

  • Pour cream into a bowl, add powdered sugar and 2 tbsp. of raspberry powder. Beat until it starts to thicken. Then add mascarpone and whip the cream until stiff.
  • Roll the ladyfingers in the raspberry puree, put them in the mold, then add the cream, again the ladyfingers and again the cream. Sprinkle everything with raspberry powder. Put it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  • P.S. I also seasoned with a layer of raspberry puree (raspberry puree + gelatin).
