200 g of Lotus cookies (you can also use other favorite cookies)
2 pcs Lotus cookies for decoration
200 g of cream cheese or cottage cheese
2 spoons caramel cream (I used "Rududu" brand)
200 ml whipping cream, at least 35%
1-2 tbsp. blueberry powder (you can also use other favorite powder).
Preparing:
Crush the cookies to crumbs. Crush one or two cookies into larger crumbs - we will use them for decoration.
Beat cream cheese or cottage cheese with caramel cream until smooth.
Whip the cream until stiff.
Add well-whipped cream to the cream mass and add blueberry powder, mix everything carefully with a spatula.
Put three spoons of crumbs to glass, put a layer of cream on them (preferably with a pastry bag), put crumbs on top of the cream again (layer), and put another layer of cream.
Pour larger crumbs on top of the cream (you can mix with smaller ones). Cover it with caramel and put it on the dessert with the help of a pastry bag. Place a Lotus cookie on top.
