Green fruits and vegetables are rich in valuable substances: fiber, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals – potassium, vitamin C and K, folic acid, carotene, omega-3 fatty acids. The substances they contain can help lower your blood pressure, bad cholesterol and damage to the organism, normalize digestion, to strength the immune system, improve vision and reduce the harmful effects of free radicals. It is very useful to include green fruits and vegetables in your diet, but don't forget, that if you want to get different substances, nutrition should be a variety of colors.
Naturally grown (various leafy salads), wild (ground elder, nettle, dandelion), spicy greens (peppermint, mint, parsley, celery leaves).
Cleans all which have a green color. Most slightly bitter taste – ground elder, nettle, dandelion. If there is no possibility to get it from the nature, you can use Urban food powder.

I recommend adding greens to your menus at least at lunch, and a green cocktail at breakfast, because green vegetables contain chlorophyll, which clean the organism from carcinogenic substances, drug residues, stimulates blood production. Chlorophyll strengthens the immune system, provides energy, rejuvenates red blood cells, increases hemoglobin and iron in the blood, so it's useful for people with anemia, women during pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and breastfeeding mothers.
