Uncooked porridge with coconut milk and beets

Ingredients:

  • 5 tablespoons oatmeal
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • a handful of your favorite nuts
  • 5 dates
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 3 teaspoons beetroot powder
  • favorite berries

Preparing:

  1. Mix flakes, seeds, nuts.
  2. Whisk the coconut milk in a blender with water, dates and beetroot powder.
  3. Mix the dry mixture with a whisk of coconut milk.
  4. Layer with your favorite berries.
  5. Cover and leave for at least a few hours, preferably overnight.
