Sweet coconut porridge

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 glass of Japanese Millet
  • 120 ml coconut milk
  • 250 ml water
  • Fruits or berries for decoration (banana, raspberries, other berries)
  • Honey (according to taste)

Preparing:

  1. Wash Japanese Millet 2-3 times with hot water.

  2. Pour the Japanese Millet, coconut milk and water into a small bowl.

  3. Boil on the lowest heat for about 20-25 minutes, stirring constantly.

  4. Serve with fruits and honey.
