Ingredients:
- 5 tablespoons oatmeal
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- a handful of your favorite nuts
- 5 dates
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons water
- 3 teaspoons beetroot powder
- favorite berries
Preparing:
- Mix flakes, seeds, nuts.
- Whisk the coconut milk in a blender with water, dates and beetroot powder.
- Mix the dry mixture with a whisk of coconut milk.
- Layer with your favorite berries.
- Cover and leave for at least a few hours, preferably overnight.
