Preparing:
- Soak walnuts and dried tomatoes overnight.
- Heat a pot and add melted butter, fry spices and add washed foxtail millet groats. Water ratio 1:5. Boil for ~5 minutes.
- Add chopped nuts, tomatoes, hemp seeds, parsley powder and salt to the pot.
