Dip stew with spinach (according to Ayurveda)

Ingredients:

 

  • 200 g of sweet milk cheese (dip);
  • 200 g of spinach (or 20 g of spinach powder)
  • 3 spoons of sour cream;
  • 1 tbsp. ground cumin;
  • 1/2 tsp. ground coriander;
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric;
  • A pinch of black pepper;
  • A pinch of salt;
  • 1 tbsp. Ghi.

 

Preparing:

  • Heat a pan with ghee and fry the spices.
  • After the aroma of the spices spreads, we add the cubed cheese to the pan to fry.
  • After the cheese is fried, add the chopped spinach and saute everything together.
  • Turn off the heat, add sour cream, pepper, salt and mix everything well.
  • Eat with salad and whole grain bread, basmati rice, Bolivian pigeon, spelt grits or other grits.
