Ingredients:
- Almond flour, 100 g;
- Whole grain Spelt flour, 60 g;
- Raisins, 50 g;
- Dates without stones (or unrefined sugar), 40 g;
- Almond milk (or other vegetable milk), 60 ml;
- Shelled hemp seeds (or sesame or coconut flakes), 2 spoons;
- Nut butter, 3 spoons;
- Coconut oil, 3 spoons;
- Extinguished soda, 1 tablespoon;
Preparing:
- Mix dry ingredients and spices.
- Mash the dates with milk and put the resulting mass and the remaining ingredients in a common bowl.
- Knead the mass well with your hands and form cookies (about 8-10 units).
- Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
