Green buckwheat pancakes (according to Ayurveda)

Ingredients:

 

Preparing:

  • Soak the buckwheat overnight.
  • Add the washed and drained buckwheat, dates, poppy seeds, Ceylon cinnamon, berry powder, and salt to a bowl. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Fry in a pan.

 

Perfect for both children and adults. Enjoy!
