Ingredients:
- 200 g of Lotus cookies (you can also use other favorite cookies)
- 2 pcs Lotus cookies for decoration
- 200 g of cream cheese or cottage cheese
- 2 spoons caramel cream (I used "Rududu" brand)
- 200 ml whipping cream, at least 35%
- 1-2 tbsp. blueberry powder (you can also use other favorite powder).
Preparing:
- Crush the cookies to crumbs. Crush one or two cookies into larger crumbs - we will use them for decoration.
- Beat cream cheese or cottage cheese with caramel cream until smooth.
- Whip the cream until stiff.
- Add well-whipped cream to the cream mass and add blueberry powder, mix everything carefully with a spatula.
- Put three spoons of crumbs to glass, put a layer of cream on them (preferably with a pastry bag), put crumbs on top of the cream again (layer), and put another layer of cream.
- Pour larger crumbs on top of the cream (you can mix with smaller ones). Cover it with caramel and put it on the dessert with the help of a pastry bag. Place a Lotus cookie on top.
- Put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
